Hi Everyone
Has anyone tried any of the Primark make-up range or brushes? The brushes and the make-up seem really cheap.

I've tried their mascara '9 and a 1/2 winks' and it is brilliant, made my eyelashes really long, and if I lived nearer to a Primark I would probably buy this all the time ; my DD tried their under-eye concealer 'Ta Ta for now' and liked it (having said that she's only 13 and doesn't actually need the stuff!)0

I bought their copy of Benetint lip and cheek tint and have been using it all summer - it's great, gives a lovely natural healthy look though I haven't seen it in Primark recently so perhaps no longer available. When it's finished will have to try out the 2True one from Superdrug as this has now become a staple in my make up bag.
On a whim I bought one of the mousse foundations. I have lots of foundations but don't like the feel of them, especially in summer. This one felt lovely and light and I used it just to touch up certain areas a bit like a concealor. I don't think it's very longlasting or something that would work if you needed it to stay put for 6 hours, but worked fine for me, perfect skin match, light texture and great price. No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!0 -
I bought their waterproof mascara (reduced to£1!) to take on holiday - absolutely great - lasted all day in and out of pool/sea, didn't flake off or do the panda eye thing.0

I've got some of their foil liquid eye liners and they are good (they are the ones that look a bit like urban decay packaging)Since starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets. July: Aberystwyth trip, hotmilk nightie. Aug: £10 Hipp Organic vouchers, powerpack. September: Sunglasses. October: £30 poundland vouchers.0

The make up brushes are ok, not the best but equally not the worst. The foundation and concelor brush is fine but the eyeshadow brush is just ok to just apply not for blending or any other fancy eye work.0

Eyeliners are excellent - think I paid £1 for both brown and black plus a good sharpener.0

I have bought the big blusher/bronzer brush and found that it left black bits all over my face lol. Having said that tho it was great to brush some bronzer on my shoulders (to hide some terrible tan lines!)
I have used the eyeshadows and these are good. They didn't aggrevate my sensitive skin either.
I bought the eyelash curlers and these are good as well (i know that not everyone likes these but i think they are def worth the £1 i paid for them!)All hail to the sale!!!!!!
