  • Sorry to ask a stupid question, I have never owned a gas bbq before.

If it is a 2 gas burner do I need to purchase 2 gas cylinders? and where is the best (cheapest) place to get them?

I did read somewhere to get one from the skip? but I dont know where the skip is :o
  • Hi Clueless1

No you don't need to get two gas bottles for 2 burners. You only need the 1 gas bottle.
I know that B&Q sell the gas bottles in both small and large size. You pay a deposit for the bottle and then pay for it to be filled up. I think the small bottle was £10 for filling but can't remember how much it was for the deposit. Hope that helps a little

All going well, so I turned up at the store to collect my items to be told that the order had been cancelled two days previously. No reason was given on the cancellation, not even that they were out of stock so the ca couldn't even tell my why it had been cancelled with no email or notification and not even if my money had been refunded, so told me to go home and ring customer services. So after a completely waisted trip I went home to ring CS which is in South Africa, where I got a lady who spoke so fast I couldnt understand what she was saying. The gist was this. It was debited from my account, but she would refund it as it was now out of stock and there was nothing that could be done. I explained that some of the items were still being sold days after I ordered them on line. She said that there was nothing that she could do. Now I know when it is a glitch lots of people get upset about the law and contracts, but this was a sale item, not a mistake, still sold fro days after I bought it, I got conformation of delivery to the store and my money taken out of my account, so where do I stand?
