I think I'll have to start this daily spend thing! Might stop all the spare change in my purse disappearing if I have to account for it all!!!
£5 on fruit and veggies
£17 in the freezer shop
£1 on a veg rack for aforementioned veggies (any veggies we ate before were of the frozen variety and bunged straight in the freezer!!)
.. Not counting that on the daily spend though.. that comes out of the household budget!
30p on a pack of chewing gum is all i've spent today.. Ooerrr!!!
... and I've even made sandwiches for my lunch at work tomorrow!! Now if you'll please excuse me.. I just need to go and readjust my halo!!! :A0 -
Have only been out to take the kids to school and back-a no spender for me:DJo x:A0

Oh thank you for sharing! To me it sounds absolutely wonderful but maybe I am biased because Austria one of my most desired countries to visit. Sounds like you enjoyed yourself although I can see I have to be stricter with you....pringles from mini bar

Well despite all my good intentions, I spend money in the end
Totally rubbish day at work and by the end of it I was utterly fed up! Phoned a friend and we went for a coffee which I paid for - £3.20.
Then we walked past Thorntons and got some chocolates as a thank you for being such a good listener. Got some for the OH too and for me (for after slimming club treat tomorrow) - £4.18.
So, £7.38 total for today which leaves me with £12.62 for the Sun to Fri challenge. Still do-able I reckon :j
Hope you are all having a lovely eveningLeason learnt :beer:0 -

well i did not too bad sticking to my weekly food shop goal today, £5.29 (i was aiming for £5) and that includes fabric softener and a couple of other bits i wasn't planning, like the asda best strawberries reduced to 32p :j so all in all it's been a good spend day. i realised last night i need to buy more thread for my bday outfit, but i should still be more or less around the £10 mark for the end of the week0
