Lloyds TSB - got my PPI back :-O

Well blow me, a good while ago I wrote a complaint to Lloyds who bascially came back and said that I was not mis-sold PPI on my loan. I had also mentioned many a time over the phone that I had been mis-sold this and tried from after the loan was taken out to cancel it but never could.
Anyway, a year later....a letter saying that they sometimes look into old complaints to see if they were handled properly and they can report to me that my concern was I was mis-sold PPI and that they re-looked into this and was writing to inform me that they were upholding my complaint and refunding it :-0 well there....I was :-0 I saw the first class letter on the mat and thought, oh !!!!!! do they want now! They are also paying back 8% interest too.
BUT....is this only because all three of my Lloyds accounts have been passed over to their Consumer Debt Recovery collection centre? NO idea who these are or what they do, besides send out letters as SCM (Solicitors).....and the contents of the letters are pay or 14 days we could instigate Court proceedings....really, well that's always worth a phone call. Can you tell me if you are going to instigate Court proceddings?....No, oh that's ok, just I was going to pop to the County Court to start Bankruptcy Proceedings that's all. If youre not happy with me paying what I can afford, then sadly you leave me no option, I don't own a home or have assets, you are getting my best offer.....I like the silence and frantic typing and I have noted your comments. Not sure that really works but makes me feel better. Seems flipant but I want to pay every penny I owe and I would like assistance in doing so not threatened and bullied.
