my friend has a flat that is suffering from condensation or similar and the freeholder has refused to put in an air brick.
A dehumidifier has been suggested but he is a bit novicey in this area so he asked me and Im no wiser.
The room is 14ft by 9ft by 8ft high.
Im not sure what his budget is, but I guess under £150.
Any suggestions or personal recommendations?
thanks.

I bought a Challenge dehumidifier for my flat a few years ago and it's been very good. Here's a similar one which is on special offer at Argos for £86.59 reserve and collect.
