Next Directory - Do you have to keep paying for the catalogue?

I've just seen on my statement that I have been charged £3.75 for the AW/10 Directory, that I recycled when it arrived so is it possible to stop getting them?

yeah, you just need to phone them and tell them. i cancelled mine a long time ago, i still have an account that i use online but without the charges of the catalogue.

I just sent them an email to stop the catalogue.I just realised how much I was paying each year and I didn`t even open the catalogues!

i'm going to call them as you are only suppose to pay for the directory IF you actually order from it so i'm not sure when they have changed this however custoer services will recieve call from me..!!!!!

Email them they cancel it and say if you change your mind then email and theyll resend it

Just be aware when cancelling that for the last VIP sale, receiving the directory was one of the criteria they used for selecting VIP slots. At least, that's what CS said when people on this forum queried why they hadn't received an invite.

i opted out last year of getting the directory sent to me, hadnt had one in ages but what turned up this year....a directory complete with the charge

I don't have the book, but still get a VIP invite and 15% preview discounts, so don't think it matters if you get the book or not!

I did get an email saying that if I didn't want the book to phone a number and cancel it, it said they wanted to cut down on costs and save the environment by cutting back on the number of books there were sending out!
