I am a working parent with care, my daughter just entering Yr 10 to start GCSEs. Ex husband is earning £65,000 net per annum, on an offshorerig , although he is paid into an english bank account. Has not paid me a penny in maintenance. I have spoken to CSA this morning, they have had full details of his UK address for twelve months (he works four weeks away and then home in UK for four weeks). This morning I gave them his UK bank account details into which his wages are paid, full details of where exactly he works offshore and the name address and telephone number of the company he is employed by. They advised they are sending my case to the 'Change in Circumstances Team' and advised that my case may have to be closed, though there are some other agencies who may collect maintenance. Surely I am not the only parent with care in the UK in this situation? I don't know which way to turn now, or what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

CSA Help you are obviously anti-parent with care! After the divorce, he met a new wife, who has three grown up children. She gave up work, and my daughter has to read on facebook all the things these children are being bought, and where they are going on holiday etc I am no gold digger, but want what is only fair for my daughter.0

Not being funny, but I'm not sure why you quote what your ex is earning, yet not quoute what you are earning, the CSA are not anti PWC and neither is this forum, actually you will find they are both pro PWC, people will come along and snipe me down, but all I tell is as it is.
Perhaps you should find out why the case was cancelled.
Obviously your ex aint a bad person otherwise nobody else would have fallen in love with him, what is fair for a child varies from person to person, if your daughter is looking her dad up on facebook, then it seems the contact is more than what any money can buy.
Anyways back to your topic, as your ex has a UK home, there are sanctions that the csa can levy, all that is puzzling is you say the case is cancelled.
Good luck with your quest, the other 2 respondants can come along and tell you what you want to hear, but in reality, it will be no more productive than what you are reading now :beer:0 -

Sorry daisycherry my post wasn't aimed at you it was the fact that DX2 had made a comment about DUTR.
I sit on the fence when it comes to parent with care and non resident parents. I have paid the price from an incompetent organisation.
Good luck but as he is working for an American company this may pose problems. I am not sure how other agreements work through REMO0
