  • We're going to Disney on ice at Braehead for my little girls 3rd birthday on Friday, We cant wait, think we will take our own drinks etc, They prices are awful!!

My little girl is wearing a lovely red and white polka dot party dress with a white fur coat, Red paton shoes and her minnie mouse ears, She wears her minnie mouse dress up outfit most days so isnt really "special" enough

My 7 year old son is too cool to dress up so is wearing skinny jeans and a check shirt lol

    Im soo excited!!!
  • Can anyone who has been to Braehead before tell me if the upper seating is ok or is it worth paying the extra for lower - taking 4 kids so want them to enjoy it but would like it to be as money saving as possible!

We were the upper stage two rows from the very back and had an excellent view if we were on the lower floor there are boards that go up the side of the rink which means any kids sitting down would only be able to see top half of the character IYSWIM The upper seating goes up in height so you are not sitting directly behind someone and we had a full view of the rink I hope this helps enjoy!!:)

We were upper seating at the High School Musical on Ice and didn't enjoy it as much as we were second last row and at the side so wasn't a great view. DS was 8 at the time and struggled to see. If we were in the centre and a little lower it would have been fine.
For this one we are block G which look pretty good.

id definately try and get the middle /lower seating but a few rows up

...we were front row on Block G facing onto the castle was a bit dissapointed though that our view was spoilt by the heads of the adults on the ringside floor level seating as they had raised the back row so made them the same level as us ...i had to move seat so my daughter got a better view ...

fantastic show otherwise and you were allowed to take movies or photos during the whole show

my two want to go back this week lol
