Cleaning up my credit files CCJ?

Hi everyone I am currently in the process of cleaning up my credit files and on the EQUIFAX report is a COUNTY COURT JUDGMENT with a court date of 02/11/2005 and was done at NORTHAMTON COUNTY COURT now the problem is that it doesnt say who the creditor is i.e. who made the judgement against me and it says the debt is still outstanding so what do I do? will it come off after 6 years (02/11/2011) like other debts or not? if not should I give NORTHAMPTON COUNTY COURT a ring to see if they can tell me who its for or is there some sort of national register I can look at on the net to get the info? Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance x
