It's pale and I have some spots so what can I eat/do to get a healthy glow & how much water should I be drinking throughout the day?

do you want a pale face?
Or do you want more colour?0 -
Are you wanting to fade the marks left from the spots? if so the clinique even better serum or no 7 p&p serum all help even the skin tone, dont expect instant results though and the most important thing is suncreen, i use clinique city block spf 40 everyday, my moisturisers and mineral foundation also have added spf, i dont sun bathe either. Exfoilating would also give you a glow.0

Unsure of question here: you asked how to make yourself pale in your title and how to get a healthy glow in your post.
Go to a cosmetics counter- they will explain how, you don't need to buy anything but listen to the tips and see if you can find product matches elsewhere to try for yourself.
Or ask for samples: Estee Lauder, Lancome and I think Bareminerals are offering samples at the moment.0 -
A healthy pallor (;) yes, it's a bit of an oxymoron) can be achieved by drinking two litres of water per day, covering up in the sun, and gentle exfoliation.
A glow, or slight shimmer, can be achieved by using a brightening moisturiser or highlighting cream. I use Urban Decay special sauce in 'glow' which has a pinky tint on the apples of my cheeks. It gives a slightly dewy look under mineral makeup."All cruelty springs from weakness" - Lucius Annaeus SenecaPersonal pronouns are they/them/their, please.

Yup. Eat properly (few sweets and snack foods, plenty of veg and water), get plenty of vitamin D by going outside and you could try make up.4.30: conduct pigeon orchestra...0

If by pale you mean *pale*, look for whitening creams. Now, don't shoot me down here! Over in SE Asia, whitening products are as common as "self tan" products over here. I don't see either as being more or less wierd
They claim to reduce dark spots, give a clear glow, that kind of idea. There are big brands such as L'oreal, Garnier, Nivea with ranges. You may have to order online as I've not seen these in the UK. Most contain sunscreens as well.
Or in ethnic supermarkets (is there a better phrase for that yet? I hate that phrase) there are brands such as "fair and lovely". BE CAREFUL though - some items sold can contain ILLEGAL ingredients. So go for the big names; usual caution of possible fakes.
Drink as much water as you're thirsty for, lots of veg, protein, and good fats (eg oily fish)."She who asks is a fool once. She who never asks is a fool forever"

How do i exfoliate? And as for the makeup I'm a guy so don't want that. I just want to look healthy and not have a pale face with spots.0

Buy an exfoliating product for men!! Use it once a week (careful on the spots though depending on what type you get). You can get various spot products in chemists and shops, just try a few or visit a beauty counter that does a mens range.
Have to say the best thing for keeping pale skin looking healthy is exercise. Those of us with pale skin show sluggishness really easily and or skin bein thinner really doesn't help!Exercise and water makes a huge difference to pale skinIf women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
Sorry didnt notice your name, assumed you were female. Liz earles cleanse and polish is fabulous, it got my spots under control when i was pregnant, you get a cloth and that gently exfoilates.....when you have spots you need to be gentle, all the products designed for spots are too harsh and strip the skin of oil, making it produce more oil and then you get more spots, its never ending.
You order it online, you can even buy small trial sizes, and theres a mens version. They always send you a free trial product with every order.0
