Hi, I've just got back from a family 'do' at my mum's and she gave me a doggy bag which included quite a lot of sliced turkey (the kind you buy to put in sandwiches).
Any recipe suggestions would be much appreciated.

I think you could add it to a stir fry at the last minute, or some pasta with whatever sauce you prefer.

Chop up cooked meat
Grated Cheese
Chopped Spring Onion (or small onion)
Mayonnaise or salad cream
Mix all together and use for sandwiches or toasties.0
