The cheaper Walkstars are the original and they have since had the footbed improved due to further research. I want them for comfort and for the style and colour rather than the fitness aspect so I went for the red walkstars which I have tried out on John Lewis and which felt fab!

Thanks, I have already ordered the electra ones. Is it worth ordering a pair of the walkstars as well as they are reduced. I remembered quidco too

According to the fitflops website it's black nappa so I think you're right looks like a matt black rather than a shiny like the patent one.

Thanks I put it in the basket and it came up in there as Nappa black.

I really wanted the chocolate or white but they haven't got my size.
