Does anyone know if there is any difference between the £40 12" Buzz on the Sainsbury's site and the £20 12" Buzz from the Disney store? They look the same from what I can see (bar the box)

Anyone know if the wooden playhouses will be in the sale?
Build a house and was looking one for DD when it is finished(another year) but at 500 pounds they are expensive. A half price one woul be great.
