Is it the big SF field view windmill at sainsbury... how much is it?
Thanks
Just looked up the field view one and it isn't that one - it is the primrose baby one that I have seen.0 -
i popped into the rayleigh branch today (i cant keep away) they had different toys out to the first day of the sale, well slightly might be because when i got there they had all sold, really want the cool cardz hello kitty, didnt hae any on three trips ive been but i did see a sticker showing them, asked the fed up looking assistant and he said they do not stock up through the day and will only do it overnight so i will have to come back tomorrow so not really customer friendly but i suppose hes had a hard week... i did notice a couple of woman today with trolleys that we kind of shielding the selves while they look at the toys, deliberate as i couldnt believe they were doing it at first!!! strange how human nature make some people turn like that... didnt really harm me as I just gently pushed on the trolley with my leg but i saw this other woman with 2 kids waiting for her turn and after i had looked i kept my leg pressed against the trolley and said to the other woman as if i hadnt noticed her would you like to look here and she jumped at the chance... hate to sterotype but overweight chavs with numerous argos gold necklaces round there necks with ugg boots on, screaming to each other and also having a conversation on a mobile about ordering pizza for tea, made me call it a night. i got a crystal making set that wasnt out the last two trips for £2.49 and I got a peppa pig story for puzzle for the same. £170.00 in 3 days!! no more, i'm sure on the lead up to crimbo there be other bargain and reductions at the likes of amazon and some stocking fillers at play. missus isnt happy as she has the wrapping up part lol
lol! :rotfl:hating to add to your stereo type but is Rayleigh not in Essex?
No, joking - got nothing against Essex girls.
At my local the morning the sale started all we had to compete with was zimmer frames and blue rinses - the population here is elderly and they love Sainsburys especially on a Thursday it seems - they move here to retire - 'gods waiting room' my mum calls it!0 -
When we went in 1st thing on Thursday there were abandoned trolleys in the aisle - about 4 of them and a member of staff said that people just left them there - the shop had been open for about 8 hours by then, and our friends said that the early hours were a bit of a bundle. But if you rejected a trolley load of stuff....how much would you have actually bought0

One of my best mates is Essex born and bred - she doesn't wear Elizabeth Duke gold necklaces but she sometimes wears Ugg boots and she does like Pizza
She is used to the stereo type and that's all it is in my opinion
Anyway getting back to Sainsburys I am off back out tomorrow to check out the stock levels in our local graveyard Sainsburys and see if they have put any different toys out0 -
Were they definitely the big Barbie wardrobe type things? If so I might have to give it a try!0
