I had to return an item last year as ordered something that one of the children I was buying for already had it, it was free via Royal Mail and prepaid returns sticker which was not in my delivery so contacted customer services, they were brilliant so good in fact that when refund back in my acount I emailed to priase them for their efficiency. I think yo can also return to some store.

Thanks, that's quite good then, especially if you can return to store. I'm afraid I might impulse buy too much. That's if it works at all :cool:
