Hi Although the products are genuine pandora they have sent me the old style bracelet without the crown, when I queried this with unforgettable moments they wanted to charge me for sending the item back. I was not happy with this and so rang Pandora directly to confirm if this bracelet was genuine. They said it would be genuine but that Unforgettable moments are NOT authorised retailers of Pandora and that they were in the processes of stopping them selling Pandora items. Pandora have said that any items bought from this website will NOT be covered by thier guarentee.
