Wanted to say thanks to the op, i received my cinema tickets today

I just called to cancel my account and the guy asked why i wanted to cancel so i said i just wanted to sign up to the trial to see what it was like but i dont think its something i would use much. He asked if i have checked whats in my local area and i said yes, but i still wanted to cancel. He said ok ive cancelled it now and then hung up! I thought that was a bit rude, but never-mind, at least i got my cinema tickets and cashback

Edit: oh i just had a thought, i only signed up last sat and the guy said that my trial hasn't started yet as they have a 1 week grace period to receive the documents in the post etc, which i received. So i wonder whether i will get the cashback as i cancelled before my trial started, even though i had a membership number and could log into their site. For anyone who is hoping to get cashback it might be worth waiting a week or so before you cancel (i just wanted to cancel ASAP otherwise i would forget).
