Great! Did you email your application & photo? Did they just email you a date and a time back? How long did it take you to hear?

I've looked up some internet 'stuff' on it but would be really interested to hear your thoughts, how you got on and what the format of the game is. Hope I hear back soon too. ;)
  • I emailed my application & photo (god knows why they chose me - my face is more suited to radio :p ) yesterday early afternoon and I got a call this afternoon.

Apparently they usually do a phone interview, but as it's such short-notice they're just putting people into 'yes' or 'no' categories and doing the interviews based on that.

I've not been told anything about the interview except place & time and that I need to bring ID
  • Thanks for that Thriftwise, my application said they were interviewing between 8th October & 10th November, was that the same on yours? Maybe I won't hear now and I probably shouldn't have put on that I was on 'the price is right' a couple of weeks ago!
  • They asked me how long I could be available for filming. I said no more than a week, and they said if I was successful the filming would be around 5th-9th November (that week anyway, can't remember actual dates)

I've never been on anything before, so that might be it. Who knows?

How di you get on Thriftwise? The only thing i've had back is an email saying my application was being dealt with and the offer of audience tickets for recording in Bristol, unfortunately i'm in Scotland, so a little too far.

The show seems to be called 'In The Grid' but provisionally 'Speculation'.
