Anyone used sainsburys for catering

Hi all, I am wanting to use sainsburys platters for my nan's birthday and am just trying to work out the amount of items I should be buying. The numbers are about 90 adults and about 30 kids (ranging from infants to about 10)

Would 240 sandwiches be enough (think there is approx 30 per platter) Also things like the chicken, antipasti, crudites, foreign snacks, ploughmans, childrens platter and cream buns?

I used them for a party for about 50 people.
The food was fantastic but I'd say you may need more sandwiches. The sandwiches are quartered so 2 sandwiches each is only really half a sandwich. I thought I'd be okay with 150 sandwiches to 50 guests but within 15 mins of food being ready the sandwich platers were bare all but a few bits of lettuce garnish

We also got 1 chicken platter, one antipasti platter, 2 crudite platters and kids platter. I did some pasta salads, bowls of crisps and did some cupcakes myself.

To be honest although most of it was polished off everyone seemed happy enough. I just worry too much and wished I'd bought more.

Can definately vouch for how good the food was for the price though. And to not have to cut up loads of sandwiches it was well worth it!
