Not got mine yet emailed a couple of weeks ago and they said they were on back order and i could cancel if i wished.

Woolworths website said they were processing my order for ages. Then my credit card bill arrived and I had been charged for the books. Emailed Woolies who replied and said that the books must be lost in transit. Quick there are three lost kittens in a transit!!!!!! Promised re-delivery in seven working days (if I count Saturday and Sunday thats tomorrow). Also spotted on their website that the books have gone up to £2.99. Whats the reckoning that I get three books but get charged again at £2.99 for them?
Can feel a complaint letter coming already.0 -
