Free places on IT courses for fluent BSL unemployed people

Very specialised this one but whilst doing my rpoints clicks I stumbled across an IT training company http://www.happy.co.uk/ who say they are offering free places on IT training courses for people fluent in British Sign Language

To celebrate the launch of a full range of IT training delivered in British Sign Language, Happy Computers is offering 100 free places. To qualify you must be currently unemployed and fluent in BSL.

Please indicate which course you would like a place on. You can mark a 1st Preference against several courses if you are happy with any of them. You will only be offered a place on one course, unless this offer is under-subscribed.

We cannot guarantee you will get a place, as it is first-come, first-served. However we do guarantee that 100 free places will be given out under this offer.
