Santander / Cahoot

Hi everyone.
I'm attempting to settle a Cahoot account, which has been involved in a DMP for a while. I have documentation from last year that Cahoot filled it that states the outstanding balance and also states that interest was frozen.
I have taken this outstanding balance, minus payments made since that date and have come up with an amount.
PROBLEM - they are now saying that interest was not frozen and I owe a whole lot more than I thought!
I know for a fact that Cahoot's systems could not take off interest, they had to do it manually (my DMP company have a record of this conversation).
I'm not sure if they are trying it on, but they are being very unhelpful. I know Santander took over in March this year and I think there's been a big c**k up.
Where do i go to get it sorted.
They make it so hard, all I want to do is settle the account!
