can I have your laundry cupboard? I have nowhere to keep so much stuff, so am limiting myself... to buying... but I wish I could buy more right now. Makes sense long term.

It's ok. Both your posts have been very useful :D :T

Never been so excited about saving money on laundry supplies! :)

Went this morning as I think it's the last day (7th Sept) for the half price offer on Fairy non bio powder 6.4kg 80 washes box for £10 was £20. There was only a few left and some of the tops of the boxes had some puncture marks.

Spent over £10 with one box of Fairy powder 6.4kg and a few other items that were half price or multi-buy (Sanex, Heinz beans, Ribena). Got the two til split vouchers and one £2 off £20 on next spend.
Went straight back to buy Head & Shoulders 500ml £2.24 + Fairy Non bio gel £4 + 2 vouchers = paid £1.24 at the til.

    Fantastic! :j
Would have gone for another round of £10 spend but I don't think I could carry anymore. Maybe after lunch? LOL :D
  • I went to my local Sainsburys but did not see the offer instore. Is it available only at the big stores?

If I order online will I still receive the vouchers?

Hi, no it is only available in store.

What Sainsbury's is your local? Is it one of those tiny Sainsbury's that has Local in it's name or a proper sainsburys?

Mine isn't that big and it is doing it, mind you the only place you see the offer is on the nappies!

If your sainsburys has head and shoulders for £2.xx, Flash All Purpose for 89p, Fairy Non Bio £4, then it should be running the promotion.

Why don't you try spending £10 on the products listed and see if you get the vouchers?

I did this but disguised with other shopping, but as used self service till, you are only allowed £4 in coupons, otherwise an attendant has to come and see you to make sure you are using the coupons correctly.

Luckily my favourite one was working and when I had trouble putting my vouchers through she came and put them through for me.

Funnily enough it would not allow me to scan the £2.50 on head and shoulders, it said it was not valid, so I showed the SA my head and shoulders and she agreed it was valid, so put it through for me.

The staff there are getting a bit suspicious of me.....:rotfl: twice now I have had other members of staff come up while I am putting my shopping through and watch me. Had security card watching me today, think he was a bit shocked when my shopping bill reduced from £14 to £3.xx ..... ooops :T

My Sainsbury's is the small one, I will get to the big store at Saturday.

Hope that the products will not end until then.
  • First post and only posting in case it can help someone. I had one of these till split things and used the one which includes £2.50 off Pampers economy packs. Just to let you know that they also apply to the Pampers Simply range economy packs. My daughter is in a size 4 and the Pampers Simply economy packs (50 in a pack) are currently in Sainsbury's for £7.29 each, however they are also on offer for 2 packs for £10. So after using my £2.50 off I paid £7.50 for 100 nappies. Obviously the smaller size nappies youe baby is in, the more you get in a pack. Now I know the Simply range isn't everyon's cup of tea but my baby has shall I say had an upset belly for a couple of days now and I've found these nappies to be excellent even under these circumstances!
