  • Hi, i went to Wigan yesterday and was told 'till' 6 has a fault and isn't printing the vouchers so they gave me £5 gift card as goodwill gesture...lol
  • just wanted to make sure b4 i try it later on today...

if i buy 2 ariel and 1 fairy, will i get 2 split vouchers?

if i buy 3 fairy, will i get 2 split voucher or just 1 voucher?

providing everything is worth more than £10 of course.
i wish i have live my life a little bit off the book, took a chance and gamble

You need to buy one from ariel and one from fairy to use the vouchers so your second purchase you wouldn't be able to use both vouchers, the first purchase looks ok.
My second voucher doesn't normally work , so they end up scanning the first one twice to get it to go through the till. Have used it about 5 times now.Very happy.

I went into Sainsburys Oxney Road in Peterborough yesterday & it worked great. I went to 1 till woman was lovely went to another & the lad on the till said I could only use 1 voucher, I said if you can only use 1 it wont scan the 2nd try it for me please so he looked at me & smiled & said only for you then lol it went through but i stuck to going back to the nice lady ;) I now have 16 bottles of fairy & Ariel :) Hubby thought I was mad but went along with it lol. Woman on the till couldnt believe it & just laughed & said I feel like I know you now, someone was bag packing and I was chatting to him too. On my last go I was going to get just the 1 of the fair & 1 of the ariel but the bloke asked me to put it through as the 3 & he would pay me for the fabric softener and have the till splits. I was more than happy to help him out and hope he enjoyed watching me get my bargains & got himself a few too :) The woman on checkout said she would be doing the same after work too lol.
    Hugs

still working, no head and shoulders 400ml that have been going through at 50p left...... must be going through at 50p?

Went to normal tills and SA said you can't use both, so I said fine, can you do as separate transactions? She then checked till spits and said oh sorry, yes you can use both, as you have one for each voucher. Think she had to do something manually but noticed that for the H&S, it wouldn't deduct full £2.50, only £2.44.... lol.

SA sat looking very interestedly at till spits working out how I did it ......

tried the sainsbury winchmore hill (not palmers green) earlier. bought 1 ariel, 1 fairy laundry and 1 fairy conditioner. paid £10 and got 2 split voucher (fairy & ariel)

went to get another lot and SA tried to put in the 2 vouchers but machine would only accept one voucher,
    so i now have 3 vouchers (2 fairy & 1 ariel)

i wonder what will happen if i use self service checkout next time...
