I'd say one of your best bets might be a car boot sale, the P&P will only be as cheap as the actual cost and it won't be cheap to post a big box of books...0

Another great place to get cheap books are charity shops!! Thats where we buy most of ours!If you obey all the rules...you miss all the fun!! Katherine Hepburn0

Look in your local classified ads, there's usually someone offering a box 'suitable for car boot sales' and check out your local library, they'll have occasional book sales to clear old stock.0

and i also say car boot sales.
5-50p per book, and plenty of choice.
oh, and don;t forget freecycle..i got rid of a load of books there recently, so maybe worth an ask..

Look for your next local library sale, they sell books off very cheap when they are updating stock.0 -

its always super super cheap at libaries. the only other option to get rid of surplus stock is to throw it away ( ) which i know at least 7 libraries in east london do in masses. i watched as a member of staff as over 8,000 books were taken away to be pulped as that libary's policy was to not sell old stock. if you ask most libarians (i know i would) will take you out back or bring out all the old old stock for you to take a look at. we priced at 10p a book before those from above decided we werent allowed to sell on anymore.
do note though that libaries are non profit organisations and most will jump for joy if you offer to take 30+ away for a couple of quid.:A Boots Tart :A0 -
check out freecycle.. ours often have boxes of books being recycled round membersWhen you know better you do better0
