    Just had House of Fraser decline a Quidco transaction citing they could not find a record of the sale of a dishwasher! Quoted the reference number of the transaction. I've asked HOF is this is the way they'll treat the warranty too... waiting for a response.

    Has anyone successfully used the 20% discount voucher? I have tried all day on a tumble dryer but it is rejected. Is it only valid on certain goods?

    I managed to use the code just now. It only worked with 'FF08' not 'ff08'
