I think you could be right and it may only be a code for certain customers. I'll amend the post. Sorry it didn't work for you, but it might be worth signing up and see if they send you something in the future. They have really good prices in their sale.

Well they sent me a code to my email but I can't get ti to work either - put in once and it says it'll be activated in later pages - then f I put in again later on it says its already been used but have got as far as Paypal and nothing coming off.

Hi,

I got sent a voucher code from HOF for £10 off and they say no strings attached. I got the same problems as above but I think I've sussed it now. Basically it's valid on any purchase over £10. So I bought a bra for £10 plus a hand towel for £1.58. Magically the voucher code was then accepted and I just paid the difference and chose collect in store. Now waiting to hear it's ready for collection.

can you post the code please? is it the code £10 off £50 ? as i have received one before a couple of days but its only work if i place an order worth £50 or more
