I CCA'd Santander's DCA (Apex) about my 10k debt six months ago, after being on a DMP for years. The DCA responded saying they were closing my account and sending it back to Santander. At this point I stopped paying them (they'd closed my account, I don't know who to pay!) and then CCA'd Santander and they responded with what looks like the correct paperwork. I've since heard nothing from Santander, and its been 6 months. Looking at my credit file I see that Santander have added this debt to my file since I CCAd them (it didn't appear on there before).

Should I be doing anything more now, or just keep waiting for Santander to contact me? I've been putting what I was paying on the DMP aside in a savings account in anticipation of a demand for these last 6 months payments. Is it normal for banks to take so long?
