bankruptcy fees

in Bankruptcy & living with it
Hi me and the wife are gonna be going BR and we were told by the CAB that we may be able to apply for bankruptcy fees from united utilities trust fund.
i was wondering if anyone has been through this prossces and how long did the decision take weve been told approx 8 weeks.
(sorry about the spellings)

    Trust funds are fairly busy at the minute so applications can take longer than the 8wks you've been told, and then sadly its no guarantee you'll get the fees in the end

    I got a decision in 3 weeks from united utilities but sadly it was a NO! :( Worth a try though you might as well wait the 8 weeks as if you do get the funding its a big save!
