1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally involved with the promotion.
2. To enter the draw, entrants must text the promotional keyword 'HOBGOBLIN' to shortcode 60300 or go online to www.wychwood.co.uk and complete the online entry form. Entrants will receive a response message, via their route of entry, to thank them for their participation in addition to details on how to claim their free Hobgoblin screensaver.
3. No purchase necessary. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Only one entry per person per day.
4. There is one headline prize available of £5,000.
5. The winner of the headline prize will be drawn at random under independent supervision within 7 days of the closing date and will be notified by telephone within 14 days of the closing date.
6. There are also ten daily prizes available... The daily prize fund consists of two Hobgoblin T-Shirts, three Hobgoblin Pint Glasses and five Free Bottle & Merchandise Discount Vouchers.
7. All winners of the daily prizes will be sent an automated response message, via their route of entry, detailing the prize they have won, together with a unique reference number for claiming their prize. These winning response messages are generated at random, from all entries received via text and web, ten times a day every day the promotion is live. The first entry received after each of these randomly generated time posts will win a prize. Prizes are generated at random until the prize allocation for that day has been spent.
8. All winners of the daily prizes will be directed to the Wychwood website to claim their prize. All daily prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner submitting their claim.
9. Text messages will be charged at your standard network rate. Charges will be deducted from the entrants available credit if they are a prepay customer or appear on their monthly statement if they are a pay monthly customer. Please check with the bill payer before sending a text message. Please note that these texts may not be included in all text-inclusive packages.
10. The start date for the promotion is 16th August 2010. The closing date for the promotion is midnight on 30th December 2010. Entries received after this time cannot win and may incur entry costs.
11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any text or web entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter's control. Proof of sending a text message is not proof of receiving a text entry.
12. No alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter's control, in this instance the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
