When are dividends payable for CSA purposes

Info needed how they include dividends

    Seemeingly they have used papragh 13 and 16 (5) &(6) for the incluson of dividends on my assesments from
    (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992

    What do you mean? They use them in that they take the annual amount and calculate a weekly amount to add to your normal weekly income.
  • I think I'm right in thinking that you actually have to request that the CSA include dividends - otherwise if he doesn't say anything then they won't be included as his income.
    Could be wrong though!

    What i mean is that they calculated 2 ssesments and included dividends that weren't even calculated at company year end. They had used the dividends figure for another year and then backdated the dividend figures 2 assesmnts at the request of the PWC. This all took place 1 1/2 years later of course when the dividends had been counted. Easy for them.
