    The main thing that screams out to me is the low income - if there is any way to increase this (2nd job, more hours at current job etc) then I'd look into that. You could also try upping the income using car boot sales, online selling sites etc.

    I've put up some other suggestions but I'm by no means an expert, I'm sure more people will be along shortly to help out and share advice.
