    UPDATE- i reluctantly phoned PMS yet again and explained what i wanted from them in black and white. The girl on the phone appeared to understand what i was telling her and agreed to go to the policy admin team and they will send this out in writing.

    That is, i am covered for the full £460 per month which i am paying for.

    They have obviously missed one other important point about an offset mortgage that you would be able to do because of ther very nature of the product. If you have one you will probably know what i mean. ;)
