Hi,
has anyone had a problem recently with losing their clubcard points? For about 4 months I had over 5000 points then I've checked the website for the first time in ages and it says I've got 4 points
EDIT: Do you think it's because I get the vouchers through the post? I've not spent any of the vouchers, when you get the vouchers through the post, does it reset the amount online?

Statements get produced on the last day of every quarter (Feb, May, August, November) if your points total over 150 (under 150 points and the points get rolled over to the next quarter and you don't get a statment). They are always rounded up/down to the nearest 50. So if you had 5004 points on 31st August 2006 they would send out a voucher for £50.00 (5000 points) and save the other 4 until the next mailing - and then your online points total would reflect that. People do receive their August statements over several weeks in September due to the mailing logistics - but as we are now on the 23rd September you should ring the helpline and see if yours has been sent out yet particularly as it is of a high value.0

Thanks for a perfect answer
I did receive my vouchers, All must have accrued during May and August and I didnt realise the amount on the website would reflect this.
