Could anyone please tell me how I make jelly!? I think I've got a packet of gelatine in the cupboard and have lots of frozen fruit, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants etc.

Get a bottle of Schloer sparkling white grape juice drink. Put the gelatine (does it set a pint?) into a bowl and add 3 tablespoons of juice. Warm gently over a pan of hot water, stirring, until the gelatine dissolves, (don't let the gelatine boil, it spoils the set), then remove from the heat and add juice to make up to a pint.
Arrange the defrosted or fresh fruit prettily in a jelly mould or suitable bowl and gently pour on the gelatine mix. Leave to set in the fridge. Turn out for a clear jelly with the colourful fruit shining through it.If I'm over the hill, where was the top?0
