  • ive had a couple of dealings with capquest and I've found them to be very easy to deal with. accepted all the offers i gave em, as long as it was by direct debit, they kept their end of the bargain so to speak, must admit, personally its one of the best DCA's i've ever had to deal with.

  • Well dealing with a friends dmp and had to deal with these who I would describe as oiks they were rude , refused to listen, ignored letters,reverted to personal insults, ridiculed the individual , and eventually asked the debtor to borrow the money of me to pay them . DCA have a job to do but this lot need to do it in a more prof manner not all people in debt have been careless and even those that have it is no excuse .
