Well dealing with a friends dmp and had to deal with these who I would describe as oiks they were rude , refused to listen, ignored letters,reverted to personal insults, ridiculed the individual , and eventually asked the debtor to borrow the money of me to pay them . DCA have a job to do but this lot need to do it in a more prof manner not all people in debt have been careless and even those that have it is no excuse .0
