Swiss watch repair?

My Oris mechanical watch has taken on a small quantity of water (2 months after I should have got the watch seals checked), and the hands no longer go round!
I need to find somewhere to repair it, but a quick trawl of my yellow pages locally produced 2 shops who'd send it off to Oris for me £90 + repairs + VAT. 1 who only serviced clocks, but sent watches to a watchmaker in another town who'd take 6 weeks before he'd be able to look at it, and a boarded up shop!
Can anyone recommend a postal repairers who are trustworthy, and can repair the seals, and clean/lubricate the watch without charging the earth!
