Good morning all.
I have my bankruptcy meeting at the court next week. I want to make sure that I have everything with me. I intend to take the following:
£600 cash
A copy of my ID (birth cert, I dont have a passport)
My CCCS notes
copies of statements (where possible) for everything that I owe.
My own version of my income and expenditure.
Do I need to take anything else?

You only need the three copies of the full BR form, that should include an SOA anyway so make sure that it reflects exactly yours. And the fees.
And some money for the drinks machine.
Scarily, you don't need ID to present a BR petition....................
The judge wont want to see the CCCS notes, the OR might at a later date. And the judge wont want to see the statements but you will have to send these to the OR shortly.0 -
spare change in case you need a drink etc
something to read...you may be a while waiting aroundWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
What the others have said, no ID needed, which is a bit odd if you really think about it!!
Just your money and the forms, something to read and change for the drinks machine!0 -

You probably wont even need 3 copies of the forms, I was told I wasn't. I took £600 just in case I didn't qualify for the £150 court fee waiver, but it turned out ok so I came home with £150 in my pocket.0

When I phoned today to make our court appointments, they were very thorough - in our court they need 3 copies of the forms, and £600 cash for the fees. Person I spoke to there also checked that I knew where the court building was (I didn't) and what time in the morning to get there (also said it could take up to a couple of hours).0
