I am going to be fit, fab and healthy thread!

Hi all,

I need to do something drastically! I am getting bigger and bigger and unhappier and unhappier. I am overeating and not excercising and want to curb it now.

Anyone up for joining me in a motivating, healthy eating looking after ourselves thread?

I joined WW on Tuesday and have stuck to my points and excercised for two days (god is that all, feels like a lifetime!)

Done some of my fitness DVd while watching big brother ha ha (loving Nikki) and walked about a mile.

I was wondering if anyone fancied a two day challenge sometime to spur each other on, seen this on another thread and it really works!!

Come on guys we can do this

    I can do a 2 day challenge. My OH was on WW and then stopped and as he stopped,my eating habits went up the creek. I could suddenly feel rolls of fat when I sat down which I don't like. We have started WW for him which means that we just don't have "bad" food in the house and I have started the Couch to 5k plan. 1.5 lbs gone so far this week!

    Do you want a 2 day challenge tomorrow? Sticking to whatever diet plan we are doing and a bit of excercise?

    Mine is going to be ww 23 points and 30 mins excercise a day and drink 8 glasses of water!!
