Hi guys,
My Partner is planning on going bankrupt as she has lost her job to ill health and is now on DLA (Disability living allowance) and incapicty benefit.
Is she exempt from paying the £600 fee for going bankrupt?
She currently ows in excess of 32k and has no assets what so ever.
We both think that this is the only step to go but can not afford the £600 fee.
Any ideas guys as this is really urgent and desperate!
Thanks for your time!

the only exempt bit would be the court fee £150 you would still have to find the receiver fees of £450 sadly NO exemptions with that
something else you could look at
