Where do we have to go to court?

Hi everyone

My husband and I have been lurking on this board on and off since the beginning of the year. We were supposed to go BR in March but needed to move due to my job so we postponed it.

I've now taken up my new job role and rented a new place 250 miles away. We moved in at the beginning of Aug so are now looking to set another date for our BR.

Does anyone know if we need to go BR here or our old town 250 miles away? I'm sure i've read something about going BR where your main dwelling has been for the last 6 months or something.

I'll do a proper hello and SOA soon, the help on this board is always so fab.

Thank you for your help! It would be helpful if we didn't have to do the 500 mile round trip as well as go to court.
