Won L'Atelier Des Chefs Cookery Course!

I subscribe to Good Food Magazine and recently entered a competition on there to win a gourmet gift card to spend on 2 master class places at L'Atelier des chefs in London.
You had to send in a recipe for a dessert to accompany Carte D'or Rum and raisin ice-cream. Mine was for a Pineapple tarte tatin.
I had an email today saying that the recipe I submitted was one of the 2 picked to win the prizes! I'm over the moon. I think me and my husband will make a weekend of it and go to the theatre and stay in a hotel too. It'll end up costing us money but we don't get down to London very often at all.

I have to say I won this prize the year before last and did the same as you (only kipped on a friends floor to MSE it more) and it was well worth it!
Had a fab day out learnt some new things, and when we can afford it we'll be doing it again! Just to let you know something we didn't realise until after the first couple of courses, the wine was included........
