Another goodie:
"So you've had a good look at me while I've been here and I think I've explained why I think you should appoint me. Let's turn it around. Why do you think I should join your organisation?"
In today's climate when there's a lack of jobs and up to 200 people applying for single position this is terrible advice. As an interviewer my instant impression would be "arrogant, no thanks, next...."
There's better ways to put a question like that.0
