Has anyone managed to request a payment recently?

I have just received credit for a survey done in April, and I've now got enough to cash out (£5.27), but there's no option to do so, only select sweepstake which I don't want.
I know they are changing to Toluna but the T&Cs clearly show that Paypal cash is available, and all this cash was earned while they were Ciao. I've sent in a help email, but am not holding my breath, just wondered if anyone here had had any luck getting paid recently.

Ciao was taken over by Toluna a month or so ago. You should have had an email from Ciao at the same time. Your rewards will be sent over to toluna. Currently they are in the process of merging accounts. I don't think the T&C on ciao is valid as they are not Toluna T&C.

Talk talk did a similar thing with their T&C with the free calls and texts for life offer, which when they rebranded to just Talk the offer was finished.

Yeah, darn the toluna takeover.
I got an email back saying i had til 21st July to cash out of Ciaos - ok, so they didn't pay me til now!! And I have to climb the mighty mountain of £15 of toluna points to actually receive any of my money - and it's voucher only now, no cash in sight. Bah, the reason I left toluna last year!!!
Oh well, I'll give it til the end of the year to see if I have managed to get enough points to get a payout and then I'm off. Pathetic really, as they've not even sorted me out a Toluna account yet, so even if I had enough, I couldn't get paid!!
Looks like it's just Lightspeed, Harris and Pin@cone left for me .
