I had the same email this morning but son has had confirmation that his is on the way. He lives at a different address but I ordered his from home.

I don't think that was there in the beginning when we all first applied, they added new rules to take account of the MSE blitz.

Sadly this won't work, I've just rung them and said I didn't have the packaing as it went in the recycling. She said they can't send ANY galsses out without proof. Bummer!:(

Of course the T&C's also state:

10. Upon completing a valid entry which complies with these terms and conditions, entrants will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address provided. From receipt of this confirmation email, the Chalice Glass will arrive within thirty (30) days.

Surely confirmation is confirmation?

Now can i be bothered to be a pain the .....
