Quick question re: IPA

I have a query regarding IPA's.
My partner was BR but received AD in August. A letter from Moonbeever came saying she has to prove my income. I work short term temp contracts and as such, my income can change drastically every month, but my agency have said that my current contract is up in November. What would I need to send Moonbeever - and do I legally have to do it as it is HER BR and not mine?

Oh, some pointers I forgot to add: We have a joint tenancy and council tax bill, but all other bills are in my name as partner was BR when we moved house. Would I need to get these transferred to her name for the SOA, as she pays them despite being in my name.Comp wins: Masters Cup tickets0

Was an IPA in place before the automatic discharge was given?
You dont have to provide your income. But, if you dont, then Moonbeever will and can make certain assumptions as to how much you pay towards household expenses as in it will be assumed that you pay half.
And dont worry about the bills - they are household bills and have to be in someones name.0 -

Yes, it was. But when we sent in the second SOA, I wasn't working so we put the benefits amount down. This has now changed (we sent the SOA in May but we only got the IPA reduction letter last month and the proof requested letter last week!!) so I'm thinking we would need to send in a new SOA with my increased contribution?Comp wins: Masters Cup tickets0
