Thanks ever so much for your concerns Geebz et al. Jazzie and I are great thanks, though we had a little 'wobble' at work. All sorted now though - and the perpetrator given a severe righteous b*ll*cking this morning and had to apologise to me. Better now.

Apart from the fact that the exhaust seems to have just gone on my car...

Never mind. Jasper is well, so that will do for us both. And If... would be proud of me - not a DROP of Cilit Bang has passed my lips - I haven't even LOOKED at that there cupboard... ;-)

DID make a few return visits for the Irish Coffee and the Southern Comfort though (let's face it, we could ALL do with a bit of comfort down in the "deep South", right?! ...)

I'm really sorry to see that (if I understand some of the previous posts correctly) our happy thread was polluted by a racist scumbag Troll. I totally agree with Dojoman and all right-thinking folks. Racism is totally inexcusable. My late Grampy was half-Jewish, making me one-eighth Jewish - but that is besides the point. Grampy was a front-line medic during WWII and accompanied the unit that first liberated the Bergen-Belsen Nazi concentration camp. He never - ever - was able to sleep at night again after what he saw and dealt with there.

I only found this out after his death, from my mum (his daughter), as he could never bring himself to speak of it, it was so dreadful. I always wondered why he used to sit up all night watching cricket videos, but never thought to ask.

Now, I have got his hand-written diaries and am writing them up to turn into a book. Racism, religious intolerence, mindless hatred led to the Holocaust, along with other people just 'turning a blind eye'. That is the extreme - but every extreme begins with one, single, lone nutjob shouting loud enough to attract a few hangers-on. I am glad to find that the poster seems to have been booted off.

Ooooh; that was a little rant there. Sorry. Racism just makes me SO cross.

Have done my breathing exercises now. Calm again.
