Contact Nectar by Email

I have just found out that I have not been earning Nectar points thru Amazon when using estores. I have contacted Amazon but they have told me it is nothing to do with them and to contact Nectar. I can't seem to find an email contact for Nectar only a postal address or 0845 no. Does anyone have an email address for them.

Hi, the email address is helpline@nectar.com, you have to include your full Nectar number, name and date of birth. I just sent them an email about the self same thing yesterday. I even used the Nectar Amex to get more points and nothings been added. I've emailed this address before though (you get it on the website if you type in "email" in the FAQ sections) but sometimes no-one replies and you have to end up calling.
