  • Loads in Kendal Asda - I got the Teletubbies pack with a free Fimbles game. They had a few different packs and all came with an extra game.
  • Hi
I brought the Bubble console and the various games a month ago and at last I have been able to give them to my son for his 2nd birthday. They are FANTASTIC. Brilliant toy.
  • lots left at asda southport this afternoon

Toys R Us have them in-store and I think games were going for £5.95, all games available

I've bought one of these consoles but I can't see anywhere on the Bandai site, or the Bubble site about the console being discontinued. I have sent this email to the Bubble product support query centre:

I have purchased my grandaughter a bubble console, but have been waiting for release of the additional games, eg. Angelina Ballerina, Bob the Builder, Dora the Explorer, Pingu, Postman Pat.
Can you let me know where to purchase these games, or when they are likely to be released. Many thanks for your support with this enquiry.

Will wait and see if they confirm they are not intending to release the still advertised expanded number of games.

If you read back through the thread, you will see a couple of people have posted the reply they received from bubble confirming they will not be released. hth

Plenty of Bubble with Thomas the Tank Engine @ £14.99 at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway store. Just cancelled my Amazon order after they have totally messed up my order of this unit.
  • I have just come off the phone with Bandai. Ours has faulty wiring, or something, and she's told me to take it into town and swap it (thank god we got it from the entertainer after all). She said they would swap a faulty one, and that would be no problem.

She also told me that it is being discontinued after Christmas as the manufacturer is not going to pursue the preschool market, so that's why they're popping up everywhere on special.

Problem now will be finding a Thomas blue one ... the entertainer have a pink balamory one ... maybe that would be better .... and just get the thomas game from somewhere else - anyone know of any in Nottingham?!?

  • For all of you who have managed to set your Bubble mchne up to work with your dvd, which dvd players do you have??

I bought one for my 3 year old son, and have 3 dvd players in the house, and it doesnt recognise any of them!!! really not amused!! Especially when it got so close, to the technika one, got as far as press the red circle before the timer runs out, and the yellow one before timer runs out, then didnt work for the green shape,a nd that was the last code!!

Tried digging our playstation 2 out, as we put it away, wasnt working well, to find, it worked on the dvd, but we have no remote control to set the bubble up to it!!

What is the best thing to do now?? Go and get a remote control for the playstation 2 or buy a Sony dvd, as it says its set up for MOST, which means the one I would probably buy would be the one it wont work on!!

If I had an idea of what machine it would work on, I know I would be ok. I also bought one of these for my 2yr old neice, heaven help my sis inlaw trying to set it up, I hope it works for them. My Bubble works fine on its own on away play, but thats beside the point, when I bought it for a tele games console.

Can anybody help or advise please???? Thankyou :)

I saw them in the Works yesterday for £19.99, they had a Balamory Game/DVD with it.

    Hope this helps someone:D
