The Works at The MetroCentre have the consoles that come with one game (Balamory & Thomas were the ones I saw), but they are £19.99. They didn't have any games in yesterday, but said they have deliveries on Tuesdays & Thursdays now in the run up to Christmas and are expecting them in.

I emailed yesterday, as yesterday was the last "delivery estimated" day. I got an apology, a promise that they should be here within another two weeks (apparently on back order) and £3 credit to my amazon account for the next time I shop with them. it's not great but we're in no hurry for it ...

We have found that there is a delay with "Bubble - Bundle with
Balamory Interactive DVD Software" and "Bubble Interactive DVD
Software - Tweenies".
We have passed your enquiry to our ordering department who will
determine if there is going to be a longer delay with our supplier,
or if this delay is just short term.

We will contact you by e-mail when further information has been
received - typically this can take between 2-3 days.

Sometimes unexpected fluctuations in supply can add time to our
original availability estimate. We have learned that these items are
now back-ordered, and our supplier has not been able to let us know
exactly when they expect to have more in stock.

Well got my complimentary dispatch . Then checked my order profile and the bubble stuff has now got estimated date of :................ WAIT FOR IT:

29 Dec 2006 - 30 Dec 2006 :mad:

So it's gonna get cancelled!

Hi,
I ordered one of these Bubble things on the 4th October and like others it didn't show. I emailed and was sent the apology and the £3 voucher. I then went into my orders and changed the delivery method to express (much more expensive) on Saturday and surprise surprise I have just had an email to say it has been dispatched! I'll be happy if it arrives as I've still got it for a bargain price but I shall be letting Amazon know how disapointed I am.

i have now cancelled my order,following a fonecall to amazon today, who said they were out of stock and had no idea when they would get them back in stock,i told them it was my first order and i was appalled at there slow servive.i wont be using them again.

Right, am doing the same - cancel Amazon order and order from here instead. Also, going through Quidco gets you 10% on the entertainer, so don't forget!
